Vehicle Purchases & Transactions

Our vehicle sales and sourcing services are subject to current market conditions, auction availability, and confirmed payment milestones.

• Quotes & Pricing: All vehicle quotes provided are based on current market prices, exchange rates, and auction data. Prices are subject to change until a formal Purchase Agreement is executed and a deposit is received. We specialize in direct auction purchases and private sale sourcing.
• Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure a vehicle. Full payment must be cleared before the vehicle is shipped. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your invoice.
• Vehicle Condition: We sell vehicles based on the condition grade and information provided by the Japanese auction houses. While we conduct due diligence, we cannot guarantee the mechanical or cosmetic condition beyond the auction sheet report.

Shipping & Delivery

We coordinate international car shipping via Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) or container service. Shipping timelines are estimates provided by third-party carriers and are subject to delays, including weather, port congestion, and customs processing.

Nobuko Japan is not liable for delivery delays once the vehicle is handed to the shipping agent. You are responsible for all destination port charges, customs clearance, and import duties.

Marketing Communications

Limitation of Liability
